Some times for many reasons the families live in a diferent places, can be countries or states. But every body has some family far away.
So this is advice: When you feel sad and miss your family just call and tell them how much you love them. And you will feel better.

I just called my brother, who lives in Ithaca, NY. I miss him desperately sometimes because he is the only one who really understands me.

It is hard to live far away to the family, you know what? I have all my sisters in Mexico and I'm going to miss the born of my nephew, I never be in there went all my nephews are born and I fell terrible for that. One of them has almost 2 years and I didn't now him.
We are very lucky to have the telephone! My uncle who lives in Michigan is very ill and in the hospital. If we didn't have the telephone, I might have never known. Now I can send him good thoughts.
I miss my family very much!!!! You are right about picking up the telephone and calling them, but sometimes you need them in flesh to hold them very tight. I have been here in springs for a few years away from what I've known all my life. I love them and miss them very much.

to see them,with just a call we can talk to them and hear how they
are doing,but imagine when you lost
your mom and dad and you want to talk to them or see them? how can we do that?
